Jillian has spent 40 years in the nail industry, engaging in various roles, including space rental, employment, and owning and operating Nails at North Sydney with a team of 10 staff members and Nailotus at Terrigal.
She served as a Senior Educator and manager at the International Nail and Beauty Colleges in Melbourne for 3.5 years, teaching nail technology for five years. She also worked in London’s West End and at first-class spas on luxury cruise ships in the Caribbean and the USA. Most recently, she managed the New Concept O.P.I Hand Spa in David Jones, Melbourne, and continues to enhance her skills by attending numerous training courses, believing it's essential to stay current in the evolving nail and beauty industry. She holds a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy, a Certificate III in Nail Technology, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
